FRESNO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Feb 23, 2006 -- FacePrint Global Solutions (FGS) (OTC BB: FCPG) today announced that it has signed a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement (SEDA) with Cornell Capital Partners that establishes $10 million equity financing that FGS can use to expand its operations over the next two years.
