It does seem to be loading up and getting ready to go man go, we'll see. I've owned stocks before where the first thing you find when you google up a company are vulture lawyers looking to find an easy buck, not sure how that's playing in right now.

I understand that the company can't really talk about ongoing court cases, but seems to me that these two can find common grounds and make a quick settlement. My bet, we never see the inside of a court, there will be a settlement, creating a big buying surge.
