Interesting 8-K this afternoon. Updated the OS, mostly exercised warrants from the last offering. Interesting because.. 1) why now, are all warrants fully exercised from that offering, and/or 2) needed to have on record the current OS before the next announcement (typically a partnership involving an investment).
They didn't file it for no reason at all. As I said... interesting.
