in response to : " if they keep issuing these shares " : the class A (voting) issuance shares are new with no previous A outstanding AND should not affect the current SP trading value of the common stock AND would not in this case be a source of company capital until converted and paid for by the recipient (which at that point would generate company capital). This is now simply a control play ( IMO ) hopefully in advance of a pending corporate advancement move. Yay, finally we may get some news.
Agreed, that something is cooking . Obviously .
