sorry but you are totally off base on this one. CDCH/AURYN are non reporting pink sheet companies who distributed its shares to a private company, Auryn Chile that were received from the sale of alto properties MDMN was not a party to the transaction The sale was approved by FINA It is entirely up to auryn chile to request auryn usa to remove the restrictions on all the shares given to the auryn chile shareholders. MDMN has no part of that and must await Maurizio and goodin to clear all the shares for trading, if that is ever their wish!!!
