chiledog just informed me that auryn and mdmn cannot legally distribute the
auryn shares without a restrictive ledgend unless they do a proper filing with the SEC/FIRA which is exactly what he said two years ago. This is a simple matter of full disclosure and filings which any good attorney can do in very short time. Why they may not want to do this is that they would have to disclose all contracts and obligations which they have promised over the years but never have??? Does something smell rotten in Denmark???
