I encourage nonexperienced retail to stay on the sidelines of any OTC stock. Weylandtech stock poses risk while on OTC of being illiquid. Most wealth trading microcap securities is realized while said security is bought illiquid, but with that comes risk of asset to cash. Buying Weylandtech after uplist to Nasdaq capital markets will instill liquidity less risk but will be acquired by investors at a more inline alpha valuation.
