The MM's are messing with it. They are straight up loading. I have been watching lv2 since 1/14/20. They load in 100K lots and will sell on the bid to drop then buy. ASCM started the major run last time. Then they made PAUL dump shares (Probably notes or old holders). They kept it at .03's and loaded. PAUL was an issue on the way back up, he backed off then CFGN came in. So with VOL they get knocked out.
