I suppose you would have to explain yourself and show how it is due or how they owe anyone money of any concern. In the balance sheets the debt looks to be very minimal.

"Assets are followed by the liabilities. The difference between the assets and the liabilities is known as equity or the net assets or the net worth or capital of the company and according to the accounting equation, net worth must equal assets minus liabilities. ... In other words, businesses also have liabilities."


With Alloy Apparel and the Hemp acquisition agreement the debt they do have on the 3rd quarter balance sheets would be a drop in the bucket to get paid.
