CMGO won’t be “fully reporting” in 60 days.
The audit needs to be done before he can file a Form 10.
The audit doesn’t value the company and folks can already decide for themselves what they think it’s value is based on the existing fins.
So when could he be “fully reporting”? Any audit will take 1-2 months, Form 10 filed at some point after that. If he clears comments by the SEC then it would go effective 60 days after it is filed.
If he doesn’t clear comments he will have to withdraw it...and try again.
