1. He tweeted last night there would be a RS(Reverse Split) not imminently but one was coming.

2. His tweet contradicted earlier statements of up-listing in Q1 2020. Not going to up-list with a price under .02. Not getting it into up-list range without a RS.

3. OS has not been updated since September, float not updated since last June.

4. Changed Accounting firms just before financials were due. Would have been better to file 10K, then change accounting firms.

So much for transparency.
