When people throw BO prices they should consider what it means in terms of market cap

The baseline no of shares to be considered for a BO (when all o/s shares, preferred shares, warrants, options will be considered) is 650 million

So

SP $ 1 ==> $ 650 million

SP $ 3 ==> $ 1.3 Billion

SP $ 5 ==> $ 3.2 Billion

SP $ 10 ==> $ 6.5 Billion

SP $ 20 ==> $ 13 Billion

The big multiplier will come from cancer - how much time will be needed to complete trial and results. Safety is well established. Efficacy needs to be proved and shown the PFS increases substantially
BP also has to make money

My view - NP will just sell the company between $5 and $10 if the offer comes today.
I will be also happy with that range.
