Gotinearly, I believe there are Rules...

against Attorneys obtaining a shareholders List and canvassing potential Plaintiffs or having a front man recruiting on the Boards, in Class Action cases... Shamus could probably quote us the relevant material...

I suggest that we gather any evidence on such happenings and forward to SEVU to help them convince the Judge that this is another Lawyer/Shorters driven attempt at ruining investors...
