jbgoodtrader: I'm sure you are a good trader however these kinds of scenarios get the best of us. "The SEC is the real culprit here." Any one of us could study how lacks the rein is the SEC has on penny stocks or stocks in general. As one studies it one sees the loop holes to be taken advantage of with little or delayed consequence. One can set up a shell company and basically report anything P&D for some time before being suspect. By the time the last cutain comes down the artist is gone with the funds that were entrusted. I'm just saying this is looking more and more like the above scenario but its just an opinion that is gaining in validity with each passing day or with each passing fluff press release. The SEC should be looking into this immediately to see once and for all if this whole complicated story is for real or not. (For the record. I do not own any shares in SLJB and do not intend to buy in the future. I'm here for the learning and gathering of fact as they come.)
