Well he makes no mention of a Form 10 in the 8K. Only that they would be filing some financials. So while they can voluntarily file they will still be “non-reporting”. So his “fully reporting” is a little misleading...and that can’t happen in the 60 days he is describing anyway...since they are likely still a ways off from a Form 10.

Maybe he is confused about the difference between a being “fully reporting” and “a voluntary filer”...?
