KPAY will or already is being investigated by the SEC for stock fraud. The amount of fraudulent press releases they put out to cover convertibles over the last 18 months will not be ignored. It could be possible the evidence has already been assembled and confirmed by the Fed and Edwin will be in prison shortly and KPAY will be shut down once and for all. No loss to the world as this has been a fake paper company all along existing for the purpose of scamming investors and making a few people who are criminals extremely wealthy.
