No wire service PR..apparently management doesn't feel their results warrant one. Then again no one can accuse them of pumping.

The expected attorney opinion filing will remove the YIELD warning. If the stock doesn't move after that then the problem is likely deeper --i.e. far too many shares including billions held by people scammed by former management. That money was stolen years ago and has done nothing to help build this current company. Even so, those shares are still redeemable and entitled to a piece of any profits. That's the risk of getting involved in a dirty shell.
