I don't think that's the plan. Even if ARYC were to go private, shareholders would still exist and still own their stake in the company, so if a buyout were to happen, they would still get their fair share in a private sale. Going private doesn't mean you lose your shares. It just means that shares would be bought/sold privately rather than through a public exchange.
