If this were true it would be suspended.
One just needs to follow the almost daily list of delisting's and suspensions by the SEC. When you read those that are suspended or delisted due to delinquency you will see they have been so, after being far less delinquent in most cases than ARYC.

1. Does anyone actually believe the SEC does not know who ARYC is at this point?

2. Than you guys must be alleging a conspiracy coverup as well as collusion by the SEC with ARYC, that is the only thing that makes sense of this delinquent for years argument.
