A little history for those new to this stock:

This was originally a typical pinky that sold widgets, then around 2012 it was acquired by a company that was trying to promote a landmine locating business. That individual issued lots of shares to friends and associates at very low prices to raise capital, etc. When the original owners could not produce financial records to pass an audit, the company was given to the major debt holder as compensation for the debt. That individual sat on the shell for several years until Doug bought it from him.

Between the passage of time and effort expended, Doug has managed to clean up the shell and get it to where it can be audited and move off the pinks.

There are still some shares floating around out there that were issued under questionable circumstances, but they are all restricted and can't clear for trading without permission from the company, which will be difficult to get if they can't show that they actually paid for the shares. It is those shares that Doug is trying to bring back into the treasury.

Around the time the ticker was being acquired, shares were being gobbled up. One block of over 4 million shares was bought at .0135 and the person who purchased them received a phone call that evening from TDA offering to buy them back for .02, saying that an error had been made by another involved party. When the offer was refused, they called again in a few days and asked what he would sell for. No deal was made and he still has the shares. We don't know if those shares were shorted against a cert that could not be cleared, or if they just realized they made a mistake selling them. They were never reported as being short, but had TDA shorted them against the shares they hold in street name they may have been able to hide the position. I'm just speculating on that, but it could have something to do with the way this trades.

Welcome aboard to all the new investors. I have also been averaging up after averaging down. I'm one of the few who kept buying when it was .003 range before becoming spso, so I like what's happening now....smile
