Solid > Before you made those post a thought has been on my mind all morning about the R/S & Dilution.
I know J-B said the reverse was to make the SP more attractive.
Then I looked at what the O/S would be now pre split.
58m x 12 = 696m
Then it dawned on me that the A/S is only 450m.
He couldn't have diluted this much then.
Also, could you imagine the uproar had we been told it went from
80m to 118m before we found out at the split.
What it would have been had he maxed out at the 450m A/S
So he had to do the split because in his eyes the dilution to 650m this way looks better and he didn't have to change the A/S.
never mind him seeing the S/P at .0042 when all said and done.
We were in the 5-10 cent range then.
Thinking back, when we both bought at the very beginning
the O/S was 20m
If we adjust for the 4-1,then the 1-12,now the 5-4
Our original 20m is now going to be 200m
The value of the company is the same..
Only our value is now worth 90% less.
I might need his help to get me past this point...
