Your last paragraph is interesting. We know the uplist is coming 1Q 2020. We know they hired MKR to help craft the investor message and facilitate the uplist.

So can we assume here there may be a little strategy going on here? Maybe the goal is to run post 10k.

So drop a nice 10k, have conference call with juicy details, unveil the national chain and give forward looking revenue guidance based on this.

Maybe MKR is trying to create a PR bomb to facilitate a run, when piggy back that with the 10Q?
