Some big medtech (JNJ) will come in and provide financing in 3 separate tranches, each with equity position with the final tranche being a buyout. They will help them get thru IDE process, thru the clinical trials and thru regulatory clearance. Think Medtronic and Mazor deal. This not an new novel thought or theory but one that I have always thought was the most logical. I have never, ever thought they were going it alone.

Regardless of what side you take on this, one thing is guaranteed and that is we will all have our answers in about 2-3 months from know. It is either bought out by the big medtech needing to get into robotics and compete with ISRG or it will be over. April 2020 will be a huge month for all of us.
