Lowtrade - ARST - In Sept. 2019 approval was given to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 200,000,000 to 1,980,000,000. Four month drawdown in price. Some conflict in support indicators. ADX under 10. One price pop in early Dec. Some recent volumn spikes. Price seems to be stable at the moment around .0006. O/S per OTC markets is 241,236,563. Other figures from the board are: 325-400 million. Am I missing something that would signal caution? Am leery of R/S. Thank you for your help.
