Clarity? I think you've gone giddy now that your well into green territory, but we can't rely on a single thing he says. The money raise isn't awful, but obviously not enough warrant holders converting to avoid this type financing.

I consider the stock very fragile & easily manipulated until we have a nest egg of cash, up listing to proper exchange and more seasoned management hires. And to drive the point home, look no further than Black Diamond Therapeutics (BDTX). The offered IPO last week at $19.00 and raised $200 million without having ANYTHING in clinical trials. And in the face of horrendous down market days they still ran 100%+ to $38.00 --

Simple, they're on the NASDAQ and have experienced successful respected and deep management team. It was those people that made the offering & raise possible- BTW, their one product is a "pioneering small molecule tumor agnostic therapy"

We badly need help to hit the big time-
