JS explained to us a long time ago that financing is not contingent on the air permit. His reasoning was that all the technicals had already been worked out by Olsson last year. Although that may be true and the company is confident that can meet all of the governmental requirements, the State of NE is still going to take whatever allotted time they need to come up to speed to understand the technicals before approving the permit. Privately, financiers conceivably may have told NioCorp they have faith in the technicals and are confident that NioCorp will obtain the permit. Financiers may also have faith that a variance can be obtained. All that speculation aside, the reality is that financing has not occurred yet so either NioCorp and the financiers have agreed to wait for the air permit OR there is another hurdle that none of us has discussed if the air permit is not the issue that we should consider. Does anyone know if there are any other major outstanding permits to be obtained?
