Working capital was approximately a negative $595,000 at October 31, 2019. Shady needed to sell 119,000,000 shares at .005 just to get PMCB back to zero balance sheet and another 130,000,000 to pay for the IND filing fee. Any real investor taking a serious look at the history and financial state of PMCB would just laugh and laugh.
