From the comments Jon made at the meeting, there is absolutely zero chance that any potential customers were not fully aware of the risks of a "winter batch".

It is likely that we were the ones kept in the dark, as far as the risks of what they were attempting. Nothing like changing the way things are done. I would say someone needs to stay on the horse and bark criticism at folks that take risks on their behalf.

The risks and what was learned is only known by a few no doubt. The criticism is going to be there with failure. Hop many operations end in failure? I would call this a failure today, but if anything is learned for success tomorrow, then it isn't a complete failure. How many failures occurred in the lab. Isn't there a quote of finding some number of ways to fail before finding the key to success?

Not really a question of anyone being pleased by todays failures. Tell me you aren't giving up, and it certainly isn't a plan to fail ultimately.

Some of the criticism comes out of complete ignorance of data points. Did worms survive in the middle of the structure? What exactly were the points of failure? I am not asking so Kim could enlighten me. It isn't something that should be made public. Let some competitor make the same errors.

Lets not salute the folks changing the status quo, or making those ridiculous efforts for tomorrows sake. Make no mistake, we are all here for ultimate success. In many ways, todays failures forge tomorrows successes. Kim has the right attitude.
