My position is that the Rontan brothers walk into either court with the Billy Delgado dirty dossier, complete with his history of penny stock scam companies, unGodly dilution, the fact that GDSI is nothing more than a paper folder, in a filing cabinet, no real employees, no real offices, certainly no assets of any realistic proportion that would have them (GDSI) any time negotiating with the Rontan brothers for anything, short of asking for a job to walk the Rontan’s dogs.
