What percentage of persons suffering severe pain from any number of ailments that have been discussed or being treated across the US (let us not even consider the rest of the world), are treated with:
1) Opoiods of various types
2) Non-addictve pain medication
3) Calmare
4) TENS or other devices
5) Nothing at all

Next, for each category, how many of those treated are reimbursed by their medical insurance plans?

How many of those utilizing any or all of those treatments do not have any health insurance or, more probably, an insurance plan that might cover this treatment?

How many of those persons suffering this severe pain are:
1) Within 10 miles of a facility offering Calmare treatment?
2) Within 25 miles of a facility offering Calmare treatment?
3) Within 50 miles of a facility offering Clamare treatment?
4) Within 100 miles of a facility offering Calmare treatment
5) Within 500 miles of a facility offering Calmare treatment?
6) Within the same state as a facility offering Calmare treatment
7) Within an area encompassed by not more than three adjacent states of a facility offering Calmare treatment?

How many of those persons suffering severe pain are aware of Calmare treatments?

How many of those suffering severe pain have a care giver, preferably a licensed physician, who is aware of Calmare treatment?

Powderbum, you seem knowledgeable as to Calmare clinics and also are often touting studies and such information as the BC/BS payments in Michigan. It would be good if you can provide answers to any or all of my questions. My experience has shown that few, if any doctors I know have ever heard of Calmare and, regardless of reimbursement from insurers, have not referred their patients to any "local" or even more distant clinics. Obviously, the geographic distribution of the clinics represents a problem, but the major issue still remains the company. Until the situations of management, funds, and transparency are resolved, the patient (Calmare) remains on life support.
