So why wait and drag this out further. Test what you can test. Supposedly Mobicard is just waiting on Apple. Hence the product is ready to go for Android and the website is all squared away. So start testing with the Android users. Gain knowledge and start demonstrating what the product is capable of. Start building users and user experience. If it is not cross compatible with Apple, then so be it; that can be added when Apple approves the app.
