Anything Eddie says is a lie...or half truth at best IMO. His history more than proves it.

Ask yourself why he hasn't cut the A/S by "over 60%" (to <4.4 billion) as promised. Again, he can do that any time by filing a 1 page document with the SOS and paying a $50 fee. IMO he hasn't --and won't-- because his scheme to return and retire his "1.2 billion share certificate" is reportedly illegal. But hey.. don't let that stop anyone from buying.
