Let’s recap the ridiculous claims…
Fake News #1: Paid clicks = following. Dan paying overseas click farms from his hard earned Uber tip money to generate social media hits does not mean he has a following. Fake you tube follows does not equate to anything.
Fake News #2: Paid clicks are more important than IP, patents and market potential to investors – Avexis, purchased by Novartis for 9 billion does not even have a you tube channel.
Fake News #3: Flaa is working with Zhittya/Shittya – Flaa testified in court AGAINST Dan, and Dan’s fellow Uber buddies. He is not working with Zhittya
Fake News #4: Shittya has no IP. NONE. ZERO. Shittya/Zhittya attempts to repurpose CVBTs IP as their own. Shittya links to VTs ABC News video from over a decade ago.
Fake News #5: Shittya has an IND with the FDA. Shittya is on clinical hold with the FDA. Their IND is dead, not going anywhere. In the meantime, Shittya runs around presenting the IP and research they stole from CVBT as their own including white papers and other proprietary CVBT produced documents as their own. This is in the court record.
Fake News #6: Shittya signed investment deals worth $150 million. This is probably the most laughable of them all. This is an old Dan Montano shell game. Sign a deal with a company giving them share in a worthless company. Write that up as a bogus asset. Then sell shares of that company etc and continue. It’s all a big Ponzi scheme with Dan. Regenerative Medicine Organization of MARS is Dan’s next venture. It’s going to worth TRILLIONs I hear…. Once Dan has saved up enough UBER tip money for more social media click farmers.
