FNMA does not need to raise capital!!!!!
Instead they need the government to stop stealing and return the capital already stolen.

They "wont be able" to raise capital, until the current shareholders are vindicated.

FNMA "raising capital" while the government steals its money (and wont return the money stolen) is like going to the morgue if you are sick.

The Morgue isnt for sick folks..
Raising capital isnt for companies where the government robs from them "at will", either.
