How do you know??? There is no existing authorization nor is an authorization pending.

What motivates one to talk in terms of may, might, could, should, would, if, maybe, think, thought, etcetera.

I’m certainly not opposed to a RS if it gets the company in with a friendlier crowd because I think this otcCesspool has some swamp creatures that just plain scare the hell outta perfectly intelligent folks and the result at this point is that these folks do a u-turn.
