The award in the Globe case is important to the Anchor case because the award is mostly based on lost profits. The highest amount of damages that DIMEZ seeks is based on lost profits, $960 million! Not only did the judge in Globe award lost profits, the appeals court has already affirmed that portion of the award. Good things for our case.
