I am at heart a computer scientist. I possess the ability to do complete system design including board level electrical engineering, production, testing, software development, production and QA. I have written many Microsoft C++ MFC applications. I have written C++ tcp/ip Internet applications. I have written production Java programs and applets. I have written kernel modules and drivers on various platforms. I do C & assembler embedded development. I am expert with the Microsoft SQL Server Transact SQL, Informix, MySQL and Oracle. I have developed numerous applications on Windows, Linux, Solaris, BSD and SCO.
I believe my strength is with the fact that I understand all aspects of computer science from the scientific aspects of transistor theory to the highest levels of object oriented software design. This ability to understand computing devices at all levels means that I always understand the full ramification of my and my teams efforts.
I stay up to date with new practices and information by participating in many computer shows as at various times an exhibitor, speaker or attendee, I have presented personally and for businesses to large groups at computer shows including being a Keynote speaker at COMDEX 2001.
I have extensive experience creating advanced software such as shared memory servers, semaphores, using advanced data structures, pipes, device contexts, etc.
