Preferreds could not convert any more GNCP shares and sell them to dreamers. Too many shares. A reverse split would have fixed it but the GNCP fairy tale was getting long in the tooth. Instead what they did was just move the control of GNCP to PDIV by moving the preferreds there. Enough were converted to prevent anyone from getting the dumb idea they could do something about anything. Preferreds can convert and sell there in a few years; once the tragedy here is forgotten and forgiven.
GNCP has gone dark and stopped filing financials. Unlikely to ever hear anything about it again. Since they own nearly 99% of the common shares they can do what they want and not even tell you about it. You are pretty much a private company now.
