Here's the breakdown of EVIO's Fiscal Year. The 10-K is now a month late but as posted they stated this in advance, but still didn't make good on their PR to have it out by Jan 2020.

Q1: 10/1-12/31
Q2: 1/1-3/31
Q3: 4/1-6/31
Q4: 7/1-9/31

Q1: 2/15
Q2: 5/15
Q3: 8/15

At one point I recall EVIO was going to move the Fiscal year to end on 12/31 but this never happened.
