This is not a shell. It is a Chapter 7 liquidation. At the conclusion of the bankruptcy, the equity should be automatically cancelled and the company charter voided.

The company will officially cease to exist. Therefore, there will be nothing to merge into.

The common shares have no value of any kind. Anyone holding HMNY shares will lose 100% of their investment.
