I bought back in last week, still had a small position after Florida case, in anticipation of the California Case against California Stem Cell Treatment Center....

The California Judge (Judge Bernal) threw a big wrench in the FDA's Case specifically citing a Supreme Court Decision that happened three weeks after the FDA "won" their Case against USRM. Judge Bernal DENIED a Summary Judgement and the California Case is set for a Jury Trial on 2-11-2020 (last I checked).

The Florida Judge (Judge Ungaro) said that the FDA doesn't have to be narrow on the FDA's Law (not exact words).... well the Supreme Court Decision said they have to be.

Add all this up... plus Share Structure being updated Daily (trading days, since at least 1-13-2020), with only Restricted Shares having been issued since then.
