The WF Court already decided for Prefs/Bonds Like/Debts the Cut Day as from after Sept. 5, 2008 !!

Means only Prefs Buys until Sept. 5, 2008 receive consideration, the Once From Buys After Sept. 5, 2008 Remain Nullified as normal under such Companies situations.
Resulting The Prefs Buys until Sept. 5, 2008 will have to decide, accept to be converted into New-Prefs with its Par-Value by presently Over 2 Old-Prefs for 1 New-Pref with max. 5% Dividends or Get Paid-Out by 80% of Present Market Values, something like this !
