Clarification from IR regarding tests that are included in the list of the 10 Release Tests, and the additional FDA required Pyrogenicity Test which was not listed as part of the 10 Release Tests.

If anyone here knows Kevin Moreau, Please pass this information on to him.

Dear Shareholder:

The “functionality” tests (done by Austrianova) were part of the 10 release tests.

The pyrogenicity test is not part of the 10 release tests.
