That would be wonderful to get done this year, but that would mean they would have to get Patent protection in France. I think that sort of thing takes $$ to submit the request and then months to a year or more to get approval. That is just IP extended and it not taking into account proving to Vivos that they have a reliable source of Yi-90 at hand and consistent manufacturing of the gel. That will take Vivos people traveling and thoroughly vetting the procedure/product. Which will cost $$ too.
