I found another email from Gerard Dab from, Feb 3, 2019

we have no plans to go back to OTC markets because as soon we start generating revenues again we plan to come a reporting company with the SEC. We expect that will take place in 2020

So who knows, maybe he's still working on something big but we would like it if he would let us know.
