The Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”) currently consists of eight members. The term of each Director expires at our next annual meeting or until his or her successor is appointed. Our executive officers are elected by, and serve at the discretion of the Board of Directors. There are no family relationships between any directors or executive officers.
This cast of characters couldnt be a more pathetic group hopefully all we be gone. Our board consists of 3 employees ( we know the revenue they produce), 3 teachers from stonybrook....YES 3 teachers ....1 fragrance person and 1 guy in the soda biz. Anchin just hit the board and is the only person with real life biz experience. Some of these people have produced nothing for 10 + years. GET THEM OFF ASAP. And can we find anybody who doesnt live 20 minutes from Stonybrook???? Pathetic
