Brew, i'm not sure on this but if the license agreement involved their patents or applied patents, they can't license them in areas where Mobot may have existing license agreements or where patents may not apply. It sounds like there are existing deals in place with the "restricted" areas that they had to work around, but w/o seeing the license, well, no one knows. Interesting point though.
