Hey everyone! -- Important Update
Hello everyone,

Jordan here from AlliedNevadaFraud.com with an important update.

For those of you who did not notice, we made a decision a couple months ago to temporarily take down the website, as a way to "let down the draw bridge" so that any companies that were looking to acquire or invest in Hycroft could do so with ease without being slammed with search results and videos with FRAUD WARNINGS about their potential investment.

We do not know if this was based on pure timing or if this was due to us taking down the website, but shortly afterwards a merger was announced with Hycroft.

We also do not know whether or not it was intentional on Hycroft's part or not, but there was a violation in this new merger agreement, and so the next step is to fix this violation. Simply put, the violation is that whatever company takes over Hycroft must also adhere to the Warrant agreement which we have in place to protect warrant holders.

Once this piece has been fixed, we will be providing our next update.
