Too your question of wether it’s ok to quarantine people in their homes...in my opinion, Absolutely! Contain as best as possible because even the Limited containing ability is futile because there is a dormant period that is contagious prior to even knowing you are contagious. Let’s hope that vaccine you mentioned becomes a reality before the full effects of contagion do.
