PT...in my signature block down below, I have a direct link to my spreadsheet of Lazar Custodianship tickers (past and current) that will give you a timeline of events of past tickers to use as a guide on when to anticipate events to occur on future/current tickers. It’s a shared file on google drive. I try to update it as most main events occur. I at least get it updated each evening if I was unable to update during the day. It isn’t intended to be an “Alert” system, but more of a history of events. Green highlights are indicative of the most recent updates. Yellow highlights are the next step pending action. I only highlight the ticker block green if something significant was updated on the spreadsheet. If for example the share structure updates, I will update the share count and TA Date block and highlight those blocks that changed as well as the ticker block. If, however, the only thing concerning the SS that changed is the TA verification date, I will only highlight the TA Date block and not the ticker block.
